Perimenopause

Hi Loves ,

Hope you are all doing amazing and enjoying this beautiful spring weather and maybe even planting some flowers or your own veggie gardens.

So Im going to get right to this months blog post about Perimenopause because why not we as Women all go through this change in life which is a natural phase in life . And I feel we need to talk about it, did you know that Perimenopause is what we go though before we head into Menopause, and that Perimenopause can last 10-15 years, so pretty much this is the stage when we still get out periods and our estrogen levels fluctuate rapidly , spiking up or down as the ovaries begin to slack off in production. Some women breeze through this and others may suffer from hot flashes, memory issues, sleep problems, anxiety, vaginal dryness, fatigue , brain fog, heavy bleeding , severe pms and a few other symptoms. Perimenopause can be very disruptive but it doesn’t have to be .

If you feel you going through and changes even if they are small I’m here to help guide you through this change in life. It’s so important to remember that our bodies are suppose to go through this natural change in life and you can control how you prepare to respond.

There are some great herbs and essential oils that we as women can use to help with any symptoms we may be having through Perimenopause. I will be having a few items for sale that can help ease these symptoms I will be having essential oils in rollers and in a spritzer to help with hot flashes, anxiety , fatigue and a few other symptoms . So ladies please contact me if you are interested as I can customize a blend for you even . I will be using high grade DoTerra Essential oils.

This is a topic that I will continue to talk about as I find it so important to discuss as I personally feel my body changing and have already started taking herbs and I will be using the essential oil blends as well. If you have a diffuser and these two common essential oils Eucalyptus and Peppermint you can add 3 drops of each to your diffuser to help with fatigue.

I hope this finds you all in good spirits. As always please reach out anytime at WWW.KeyahHolisticHealth.com
