How are you dealing with the Pandemic?

Hi Loves I just want to check in with you all and see how you been all handling the pandemic and give you a few easy tips to keep yourself grounded during these unsettling times. I know for my own sanity it is very helpful to go outside and connect with nature and be still and listen to what we need to be doing during these times. I know most of us are on other schedules and trying to juggle working from home and taking care of your families on a whole other level. That is why even taking the whole family out for a nature walk can really shift the energy. I also suggest saying mantras to keep your self stay grounded and focused on positive things coming instead of getting sucked into the energy of fear. One Mantra I like to use is everyday in every way I’m Healthier and Healthier you can fill in whatever words resonate with you.

Welcome To Keyah Holistic Health!

Hi Everyone I’m so grateful you stopped by Keyah. I hope you all have been doing well during these intense times that life has upon us.

I want to share with you why I even started Keyah Holistic Health . I have worked in the alternative health profession for the last 20 years as a Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner and have always seen so many of my clients suffering from health issues and I wanted to be able to help them on another level than just doing massage. So I took a program in a nutrition certification and a health coaching certification. So I could learn even more than I have with my own research all these years.

I personally always had digestion issues and even issues around foods. So forbears I have been on my own personal health journey getting help from natural doctors about what foods would be best for me and then my own research I decided to go vegetarian and was on that journey for around a year and then realized I really wanted to try and be vegan. So I went vegan and have been researching so much since I made that decision 12 years ago.

Being on the vegan journey has been very life changing for me, I have changed what I eat so many times that I really understand how difficult it can be to change what your eating and trying to figure out what you can eat so your body can thrive at its highest potential. That is why I want to help others to live a healthier lifestyle because I know how hard it is an how beneficial it is too !
